BIG STORIES. BOLDER GIRLS.
Meet the initiative
When girls see what women have made possible, they can imagine what comes next for themselves.
Created by Royalty Brand Athletics, CheerHer: Voices in Motion invites girls to explore influential women connected to Hampton Roads and Virginia—and turn those stories into original chants, creative writing, and choreography.
Through guided learning, teamwork, and movement, participants practice speaking up, sharing ideas, and creating something together. The experience ends with a small community showcase that celebrates the women who inspired them and the voices they are discovering.

Both initiatives reflect RBA’s commitment to girls’ empowerment. CheerHer focuses on women’s history, youth voice, and creative movement. The Girls Safety Initiative focuses on confidence, safety education, and self-advocacy.
